Punta Gorda Art Show 2023

I have slowed down a lot with my woodcarving. I still managed to put a couple of pieces together and enter them in a competition at the Southwest Wood Art Expo and Competition in Punta Gorda Florida. I took a second place for my two dolphins swimming. For my," Peeping Tom Cat " I received first place in the intermediate devision and it also received second place in Best of Show. That's a big accomplishment for me. Next year I will be moving up to the advanced category and that will make it more difficult to place. Good thing I know how to get to Carnegie Hall. So more carving for me. I hope you enjoy the photos

Is It All A Dream

I did this Video for a contest on Vimeo. The idea is to take some video, that you have stored and haven't used, and make a video with it. The video should be from the year 2017......

Not In My House

WE now have two cats. One is a Maine Coon mix female, about 13 months old as of today. The other is a Siamese male and was 10 months old when we got him. He is about five months old as of today. I read about a weekend contest, Vimeo is doing, about portraying your pets life. So I put together this two minute video, (per rules of contest), of what these cats went through when we introduced them to each other. Molly, the older cat, was here first and Frankie, the younger cat, was brought home about six weeks later. I hope you enjoy the video.
