How to kill fire ants

Here in Florida, fire ants are a big problem I came across this video and I will give it a try. I will let you know how it works out,,,,

UPDATE :   I have found some stuff that works great and easy to use,,, Ortho , Orthene fire ant killer

Just add a table spoon on the mound and around the mound if needed and the next day those buggers are gone
